Discussion Questions: Bad habits can be conquered by fasting more often letting Holy Spirit’s power help you.  How often do you spend a day in fasting and prayer to conquer these bad habits so you can say “NO” in Jesus’ name when evil thoughts tempt you?  What other benefits are there in fasting?  What does Isaiah 58 say about fasting?
