Inspiration: I was brought up to go to church weekly but the only time I praised God was during that one hour service. Later on, after I had committed my life to Jesus, I found that my walk with God was seven days a week and not just one hour a week at the church service. My music used to be all secular but God gave me a love for praise music. In this maturing process, I now see how this psalm says to bless and praise God at all times.
