Discussion Questions: As you pray about holiness concerning your body, what changes do you plan to make in your thought life, your attire or even where your mind and eyes wander?  If you lust do you think fasting and prayer would be wise and only look from the neck up at other people so your eyes don’t wander?  What things cause you to stumble into sin and what measures can you take to stop fueling that sin?  Do you pray in Holy Spirit’s power so you have the full power of God’s grace to conquer all bad habits?  Do you rely on Holy Spirit every day as you put on the full armor of God explained in Ephesians 6?
