Discussion Questions: As you pray about holiness concerning your body, what changes do you plan to make in your thought life, your diet, your exercise plan, your attire or even where your mind and eyes wander?  If you lust, do you think fasting and prayer would be wise?  Do you think only looking from the neck up at other people will help your eyes from wandering?  What things cause you to stumble into sin?  What measures can you take to stop fueling sin?  Do you pray in Holy Spirit’s power so you have the full power of God’s grace each hour of every day to conquer all bad habits?  Do you rely on Holy Spirit as you put on the full armor of God explained in the Holy Bible Ephesians Chapter 6?
