Discussion Questions: What burdens are you still carrying that need to be given to Jesus?  Do you carry any cares?  Was your body designed to carry all the cares and worries of tomorrow?  Do you cast all your cares on the Lord every day?  Do you lay all on the altar of the Lord and then go and pick up your cares again after you prayed?  How can Holy Spirit help you fix your mind on the things above and not on the things of this world?  What changes can you make in what you watch on TV and the Internet?
