Discussion Questions: What hurts do you have that trigger anger in your life? How can you control your anger?  Do you see that anger can hurt you and others?  Have you asked God for the source of your anger if it recurring over and over?  Have you forgiven all those who have hurt you in Jesus’ name by Jesus’ strength?   Have you surrendered every part of your life and body over to the Lord and let Him heal you and your hurts?
