Discussion Questions: One excellent church vision/mission statements I have seen is:  "Helping people grow in their personal relationship with Jesus" since it covers all maturity levels.    How can you help your leader with your church’s vision/mission statement?  Do you feel your church is called to just your community or to the nation and even to the world?
