Discussion Questions: Do you see the importance of reading the Holy Bible daily?  How do you let the Holy Bible guide and control your actions and emotions?  Do you see that sinning is not only hurting you and other people but hurting Jesus?  How does Holy Spirit help you train your body so you can get free from the shackles of sin?  Will you discipline your body like an athlete to disconnect from all things that cause you to sin like bad images on the TV, internet and smartphones?
