Inspiration: My brother shed some light on this scripture to help people determine if they are trying to earn right standing with God by good deeds, or whether their love for God compels them to love others. He said: “If you are passionately in love with Jesus, you will automatically keep the commandments and do justly, since both will flow out of the abundance of love for God.”
