Prayer: Heavenly Father, Help me to never shoot off my mouth in anger or frustration. Take control over my emotions and my mouth so I do not err.  I choose to forgive all those who have hurt me in Jesus’ name with your strength Lord since it is hard to do things in my strength.   In Jesus’ name I pray.
