Jesus The Christ Is Wanting To Speak To You

Scripture: While they were worshiping the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said, “Set apart for me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.” Then after fasting and praying they laid their hands on them and sent them off. (Acts 13:2-3)

Prayer: Heavenly Father, This scripture shows that your children can minister to you. Teach me the proper way to fast and pray so I know Holy Spirit’s direction and obey it.  Help me to fast for 1/2 a day, then work up to a full day with total prayer and praise during this fast time listening also to you.  In Jesus’ precious name I pray.
