Jesus The Christ Is Wanting To Speak To You

Scripture: But when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face, that your fasting may not be seen by others but by your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you. (Matthew 6:17-18)

Prayer: Heavenly Father, Let me fast the way you want me to fast as in this scripture and in Isaiah 58. Thank you for the reward for fasting. It makes my spirit stronger to overcome temptations. Let me pray while I am fasting and be more sensitive to your leadings as I know you want to speak to all your children if they will slow down and listen.  In Jesus’ name I pray!
