Prayer: Heavenly Father, Let me not live to satisfy my lustful desires but let the power of the Holy Spirit put all evil desires in me to death so that I can live a life for you. Thank you Holy Spirit for your strength to stop looking at things that are wrong. Teach me the power of fasting.   Thank you Jesus for your example on the cross. In your name I pray.
