Promise 1 is to read and quote 1 Peter 5:7 in the Holy Bible and cast all your cares on Jesus.  Do this often so tensions, anxieties and stress get released off your life. Give total control of those things to Jesus!

Promise 2 is when going through financial stress. Read and quote Philippians 4:19 (Jesus will meet all my needs according to his riches in glory)  One man did that over and over for 10 minutes and immediately felt better!

Promise 3 is to read and quote Psalm 23. One person did that and immediately felt faith rise up and got confidence that God would lead them and they never need to fear the future!

Promise 4 is to read and quote Psalms 103:1-3. This is about worshipping God and asking Jesus Christ to heal ALL your diseases!
