Inspiration: We can compare this scripture to the legal system.  When criminals commit crimes they have to reap the consequences.   However Christians often don’t see this in a positive light.  One Bible teacher explained it in terms of seeds.  Sow a corn seed and you will reap corn.  Sow encouragement and you will reap encouragement.  Sow love and you will reap love.  Sow into God’s kingdom for eternal rewards so that all will hear about the love and forgiveness of Jesus Christ to rescue them from hell!

Inspiration: A Bible teacher said that a teachable spirit is one of the greatest attributes to have.  This is a blessing, not only in marriage but especially in your walk with God.  God wants us to learn our lessons the first time around and not to have them repeated.  When I heard this teaching, I felt challenged to have God show me my blind spots (problem areas I was blind to in my life).  Now I see when I have been critical of others in a certain area, often that is how to see my blind spots since I then ask, Lord do I do the same things they are doing, ….. and the answer is often … YES!   If So pray,    Lord I repent of my sins and help me to change my bad habits with the hourly help of Jesus Christ and Holy Spirit who I have asked into my heart to be my Lord and Savior and Teacher and Corrector and one who daily leads me to repent and be right with Jesus Christ.  I need to ask other people to forgive me Lord Jesus!

Inspiration: A farmer learned the power of his words in Jesus’ name.  He had a large useless tree in his field taking up much crop space.  One day he cursed this useless tree (just like Jesus cursed the fig tree in Mark 11:21).  Six weeks later this tree was stone dead and the farmer knew it was due to his prayer.   Decades later, this same farmer had a cancer spot on his liver.  He remembered the useless tree on his farm that died after he cured it so he cursed the cancer on his liver at the root and prayed for the disease to be cast out of his body.  He believed the word spoken would come to pass and it did.  The doctors confirmed there was no liver cancer!  There was great rejoicing when he learned that we have authority over our own land and own bodies in Jesus Christ’s mighty name!

Inspiration: A sound heart has to be protected as I know that what you watch and what you think about needs to be purged by Holy Spirit on a daily basis.  With the junk on the TV, the lust and perversion on the internet, lewd magazines, and mobile phone crazes, we daily have to have a heart cleansing to make sure the lusts of the world or any envy does not enter our hearts.  We have to simply say, when an ungodly thought come our way, that is not my thought!  I choose not to dwell on it and I choose to worship Jesus Christ and sing to Him and get my mind on the promises of God!  Thank you Jesus for your help each hour of every day!

Inspiration: The apostle Paul is a good example of preaching God’s love  (1 Corinthians 13:1-13)  without fear as he faced all kinds of opposition.  His trust in God was so great that he was able to face death without any fear.  Let us operate daily in the fullness of God’s love to flush out our fears!  Let us ask Holy Spirit daily for His discernment so that we rebuke all fear and anxiety and stress in the mighty name of Jesus Christ off of us and others around us!

Inspiration: A man learned that his niece, who was less than one year old at the time, had only a 50 per cent chance of living due to a defective valve in her heart.  As he read the Bible, this scripture seemed to jump out of the page and he knew God wanted to heal his niece.  He bought a Bible and went to share this scripture with his brother and sister-in-law and pray for the baby.   The young child was healed as God worked through the hands of the doctors.

Inspiration:   A young man that had a leg a half inch shorter than the other and wore a half inch heel pad in his shoe came for prayer.  God healed him in front of our eyes and he threw his heel pad in the garbage.  I saw him a year later and he said he never had to go back to the chiropractor again since he was healed.  Another example of this scripture was a man came to our Bible study with a cane and was in so much back pain that the doctor had given him a morphine drip to deal with the excruciating back pain!  We prayed for him and we saw no change when he left however he stood on this scripture rebuked the pain and when I saw him close to a year later he was total healed!  Even the doctors were amazing how he came off the morphine drip  This man was walking around fast now with no cane and no pain thanks to Jesus!

Inspiration: A lady who has preached the Gospel for 50 years gave her testimony at our church.  She was deformed at birth and never walked for over a decade.  For over 10 years, her mother never doubted that God would do a miracle and heal her.  Sure enough, one day Jesus Christ came into their home like a wind and healed her.  Her bones popped together as the power of God hit her and she was totally healed.  Her mother had to have great faith in believing this miracle, as she had to wait so long for it.

Inspiration: Many people are living in God’s abundant life as they have dedicated their lives to the Lord Jesus Christ. Inspiration: Many people have been fooled by “get-rich quick” schemes. A phony life insurance man came to my door and somehow made it into my apartment and onto my couch.  He said “Pay me 99 cents a day and if you get killed, I will pay one lump sum of $500 to your family.”  Doing the math in my head, I saw at once that this was a scam and asked the man to leave  From this I see that any quick rich schemes that have been presented to me over the years have not been ones Holy Spirit want me to get involved with!  God leads by peace and confirmations if people are listening to Jesus Christ and the promptings of Holy Spirit that shows up what scripture from the Holy Bible applies in a situation!

Inspiration: A banker and a nurse got married and set out to learn God’s voice by much prayer and Bible reading. This couple heard God’s call to the ministry, left their financially secure world and became church leaders. They home schooled their 6 children. These children were raised to hear God’s voice and have passionate and burning hearts for the love of Jesus. One of their teenage daughters came back from a trip to Mozambique and told me how her team had led a witchdoctor to Jesus as Jesus healed a large cancer on the witchdoctor’s neck. This daughter also told me of a blind lady, that had all white eyes, got a miracle from Jesus. This daughter watched the miracle as Jesus formed the brown iris and black pupil parts in her eyes, right before everyone!

Inspiration: This scripture says ” my people” meaning Christians are the ones who are supposed to pray.  A church leader of one of the largest churches in the world said that most Christian leaders he meets, do not really pray that much.  He is from Seoul, South Korea and gets all his church to pray an hour a day and encourages evangelism.  This country was mostly Buddhists many many years ago but now has a large percent of the population claiming to be Christians.  Ask for the infilling of Holy Spirit and the heavenly language and being willing to pray in that heavenly language in your prayer closet to intercede for your family, nation and the world!

Inspiration: Today’s society has many people saying the Bible is only a history book and is not actually the Word of God.  Since these people don’t really believe in the whole Bible but pick and choose the sections that are convenient for their lifestyle, they go about establishing their own righteousness.  Even some lukewarm church leaders have let their intelligence overrule their faith in the Holy Scriptures and wonder why healings and miracles don’t happen in their church.   Those that understand Holy Spirit’s power to heal, and know how to discern unbelief and doubt see miracles since they see the devil’s old trick to get people to walk by sight instead of walking by faith in God’s Word.

Inspiration: One Bible teacher shared the importance of speaking words of truth.  He said that his own vocabulary had to change since God convicted him in so many areas.  I was convicted myself when I heard this teaching as even the fibs, exaggerations, jokes and flatteries needed to be altered in my life.  I also spoke negatively by mistake using the terms ‘Scared to Death’, ‘Killing myself laughing’, ‘Chocolate to Die for’ (desserts in restaurants) so I asked Holy Spirit’s help to remove those demonic expressions from my mouth!  Proverbs says life and death are in the tongue so I need to speak  words of life not death when I see how powerful words work in the spiritual realm!

Inspiration: A single mother raising three children was on a limited budget.  When problems with her finances or her children or other stresses in her life got too big for her to handle, she cried out “Jesus Jesus” to take these issues away from her and God answered her prayers.  Her old car was even stolen and the police found it a couple days later and returned it to her with no damage.  Over the years,  He continues to provide for her and her family.

Inspiration: When a few of us were talking about the spiritual pruning process,  a friend in our group said he asked God to mold him like clay on a potter’s wheel to shape him into a vessel for the master’s use.  However he went on to say that when God started shaping him, it wasn’t easy as he had to crucify his lusts and bad habits.  As in Adult water baptism, we go under the water to die to our selfish lusts and the ways of the world, and are raised up out of the water to live a new passionate life for Jesus Christ!  Even with Adult water baptism we have to die to our own pride and reputation and live as an ambassador for Jesus Christ!

Inspiration: One Bible teacher explained that walking by faith involves spending time everyday in the Holy scriptures letting Holy Spirit speak to you through the pages of the Holy Bible.  It also involves mediating on scriptures over and over until you see yourself walking out the victory promise in the Holy Bible.  Faith begins where the will of God is known so walking by faith is knowing God’s will.  God’s Will is His Word and His Word is His Will.  Most people want to see the answers to their prayers before they will believe in them.  That requires no faith at all.  The teacher explained that you have to believe in the answer before you see it, as that is what walking by faith is all about.

Inspiration: Many people expect financial or healing miracles to happen immediately and although that does happen, it does not happen to all.  This scripture points out that through life one’s faith matures.  One Bible teacher explained that you have to have patience with your faith, as patience will keep you speaking the solution before it (your prayer answer) is manifested.  Jesus Christ anointed one man’s eyes in the book of John and said go wash in the pool of Siloam!  The man did not get an instantaneous miracle when Jesus Christ put clay on his eyes nor did Jesus help him to the pool of Siloam!  The man had to obey Jesus Christ and then he got his miracle!

Inspiration: One year I joined a group of Bible College students to feed the poor on Christmas Day.  It was the first time I had ever been away from my family at Christmas.  My eyes were opened to feel the pain of those who do not have a family.  All of us were blessed tremendously to see the faces of the poor light up as we served them food and ate dinner with them.  When Covid hit, we took some presents to 10 poor and lonely families on Christmas Day giving them a tract telling them Jesus Christ loves them and having a prayer with them in the door way.    Help us to take time for the poor and teach them the gospel that Jesus Christ want to give them a job so they can pay their bills and help out others!

Inspiration: One church member gave anonymously for years as giving this way, was also a lot of fun!  Later in life, he found himself handing money directly to people for missions (instead of using an offering envelope) so that the church member receiving the gift would know that it was from him.  He was later convicted by God that his motives in giving were not totally pure since he wanted some recognition for his mission donations.

Inspiration: I have met families that are so blessed as everyone in that family has committed their life to Jesus Christ and has gotten saved.  It is an encouragement to all of us that we should never give up praying for all our family and distant relatives wherever they live in the world.  Moms are unsung heroes in the Christian child raising business!  Husbands that love and honor their wives and encourage their kids with love and praise have an easier time for them to see the goodness of God!

Inspiration: I know an extremely intelligent man who thought he could manage his life on his own.  His intelligence often blocked his ability to grasp faith.  Later on in his life, when going through a crisis, he came to God with child like faith and committed his life to Jesus Christ.  He first had to humble himself to see his need for Jesus Christ as he had so much self pride!

Inspiration: A businessman was tested for awhile to see if he would trust in his riches or use his riches for advancing God’s Kingdom.  During prayer, this businessman felt God speak to him to buy a motel and invite evangelists to use it free of charge if they would pass out Christian tracts to the surrounding area so that all people in the vicinity would hear about Jesus Christ.  Several years later, when he felt God prompt him that the the evangelistic work was done, he was approached by a land developer, who offered this businessman 20 times as much as he originally paid for the motel and property.   This man has been able to give millions of dollars to God’s work.

Inspiration: In the 1980’s I heard a man prophesy about hand held computers and that God was saying His children were not listening to Him for inventions. It never occurred to me that good inventions were from God and, at that time, I didn’t know what a hand held computer was, since personal computers the size of desk tops were just coming out. Decades later, hand held computers are now called smartphones and tablets and are getting more powerful all the time. I now realize that Jesus Christ wants to give inventions to people that will use the invention and the income from it to advance His Kingdom.

Inspiration: Two men were sailing on the lake and one of the men unknowingly lost his car keys in the water.  When they got to shore they were not able to drive home since they lost their keys and they then knew the keys were at the bottom of the lake somewhere.  They decided to pray and ask the Lord Jesus Christ to lead them to the keys.  They set sail again following God’s direction where to turn. At a certain location, they felt led to look down for the keys.  One of them dove down and found the keys way down underneath the water on a big rock!

Inspiration:   Two close friends are a blessing to marriages for sharing their wisdom.  In their journals, they write about the love and blessings of the Lord.  They don’t have much money but continue going on honeymoons even if for only a day or two and have been doing so for over 2 decades.  They renew their vows to each other and share the love that they have written down in their journals.  They are ever increasing and enhancing the love in their marriage.

Inspiration: Holy Bible teachers tell us that Israel is the time clock of the world since all biblical scriptures of Jesus Christ’s second coming relate to Israel.  This helped me to pay attention to the news concerning Israel and to pray for that country and its people and for peace.  Israel and their leaders need the protection of God!  Pray for the protection of Israel and the peace of Jerusalem!

Inspiration: I have been on missions in different countries, and found in some parts of the world, people expect and receive miracles from Jesus Christ readily because they have no unbelief in their hearts as they trust in Jesus first before any other way. On the other hand, in some of the rich and well educated countries, many people have a hard time believing in miracles, and even believing all the Bible is true. I just read an account of a lady that had cancer on her face and when she had hands laid on her for prayer she believed she received at the time they prayed for her.  She kept believing and twenty days later, the cancer fell off her face.  The doctors were amazed.

Inspiration: One Bible teacher states that Christian maturing never stops as we learn to live by every word that precedes from God’s mouth.  This not only means living a life of prayer to receive God’s directions,  but also asking Jesus Christ to run our finances, businesses and relationships all in accordance with His principles in the Holy Bible.  Christians needs to study the Word of God daily so they can move the Holy scripture promises from their head to their heart so they are firmly established on the Word of God and are not shaken by the storms of life.

Inspiration: Some nations were founded on Christian principles, but over the decades, leaders and luke-warm Christians have set their own standard of righteousness causing people to fall away from God.  Christians need to run for leadership positions as God directors so the nation can do righteous actions.    One Bible teacher put it this way:  “Pray for your leaders that they would have the fear of God in them and encourage Christians to run for public office.  Pray for the churches that they would become like the church in the first century preaching faith from God in the Holy Scriptures.”    This teacher also said that Christians need to repent of their sins and their forefather’s sins and dedicate their nation to God.

Inspiration: A friend, who was the president of a corporation, attended church all his life.  One day, one of his employees called him a hypocrite, saying he acted in an unchristian manner. My friend was shaken up by this accusation and started searching in the Holy Bible and discovered that he had never let Jesus take control of his life.   Through his study he learned to die to his own ways and accept Jesus’ plan for his life as he asked Jesus Christ into his heart for the first time.  As his old life died, his new life with Jesus sprung up with new joy and purpose.  My friend is now a leader for Christ in his community sharing his testimony everywhere and helping to set people’s faith on fire.

Inspiration: I heard a man speak who had been knighted twice by the Queen of England.  He did not become a Christian until later in his life.  This man was a diligent lawyer and God had chosen him to become an ambassador for a country.  This job brought him before the United Nations.  He was able to share the Lord Jesus as the Christ, the Son of God, with other world leaders at these meetings.

Inspiration: A church overseer who had founded many churches came to speak at our church.  When we came to talk with him after the service,  he asked us to pray for him because he said, he needed our prayers.  I was blessed by his humility asking for our prayers for Jesus Christ to strengthen him.  This helped me to understand that those in the front lines need our prayers so that the Word of God can be preached in all countries.  Let us remember God gives grace to the humble but resists the proud according to James chapter 4!

Inspiration: A missionary in the Philippines became very sick.  In America, a lady was awakened by the Lord in the middle of the night asking her to pray in the spirit for this missionary although she had no knowledge of why she was praying for him.  He was healed of his disease and when he came back to America to share in his America church how he was healed,  the lady that had prayed for him asked him the exact time and date of his pain.  As he shared with her, she told him that was the exact time the Lord Jesus Christ had asked her to pray for him.

Inspiration: One of the natives shared an amazing miracle while we were on a missionary trip right after a terrible hurricane.  This native had faith, praying to Jesus Christ, that the hurricane winds would not destroy his tin-roofed house.  This hurricane was one of the worst in Central America and while other houses were being blown over in the storm, people came to his house which stayed strong and was not damaged throughout the entire hurricane.

Inspiration: A boy was taught that God is a god of love and never would hate anything.  But as this boy matured in his personal relationship with Jesus Christ his savior, he found out that there is good and evil in the world and God hates evil works. This boy discovered that it was not wrong for people to hate evil works, since hating evil deeds helps build a life of holiness.  Love all people but hate sin and all appearances of evil was his commitment asking daily for Holy Spirit’s help to glory God!

Inspiration: A businessman prayed this scripture to understand the calling of God on his life.  God kept confirming His direction to this individual over and over so that he had perfect peace in what God’s plan of his life should be.  Later on, God called him to different mission trips and different countries.  He sought God in long prayer sessions to get the needed direction for his life.  This man has learned that these long prayer sessions are needed to quiet down the busyness of one’s mind and to let Jesus Christ speak to him.  He wants to be a sheep that hears the Great Shepherd’s voice and obey Jesus Christ’s instructions since God wants to speak to all people.

Inspiration: From research, I have discovered the spirit of fear tries to talk most people either out of committing their lives to Jesus Christ or to stop believing in the promises of God.  However when people are taught to have faith and disregard the devil’s lies, they can continue to move into deeper fellowship with the Lord Jesus Christ to hear God’s will and know God’s scriptures will come to pass.

Inspiration: A lady I met in Bible College had been healed by Jesus from lupus (a terminal disease situation).   Before her healing, she and her husband had spent all their money on medical bills yet she steadily grew worse.  Then they stood on this scripture and other healing scriptures and she was healed.  She had to renew her mind to what the Holy Bible says since she was living in fear and anxiety for 25 years.  As she kept on worshipping and praying the healing scriptures in the Bible, taking authority in Jesus’ name over lupus, her lupus disappeared.

Inspiration: A close friend was all alone at his house when he felt sluggish. His son just happened to come home and called an ambulance. My friend told the medics: “it is not my time to go.” When the hospital emergency surgeons scoped the situation they found his aorta was split over 6 inches. They started the heart operation and later told the family, if he survives there will be brain damage. The son called me and we prayed Psalm 118:17 speaking life and not death over him. Jesus Christ did the miracle! Jesus has totally healed him, with no brain damage as his memory is perfect. The doctors say he is a walking miracle!  He has been healed for over 4 years now!  Glory to God!

Inspiration: A worship leader was playing the piano, and at the end of the service, a church leader came over to him, laid his hand on his head and said “Play the music of Heaven brother.”  The worship leader closed his eyes and tried to let Holy Spirit take over the music.  The congregation did not want to go home but stayed another hour listening to this heavenly music which eventually became prophetic as Jesus Christ used this music and words to prophesy to the people.

Inspiration: A Christian businessman uses this scripture to bring him peace in the middle of a storm.  He pictures a strong tower with a mighty fortress around it.  He runs under the tower and pictures Jesus (as a giant tower) standing over him.  He feels safe and secure as arrows of fear and anxiety hit the outer fortress but do not enter inside.  He is protected by Jesus Christ by speaking out loud the name of Jesus!

Inspiration: I was at a wedding when the groom was close to 50 years old and his bride was close to 40 even though neither of them had been married before.  The bride had bought a wedding dress years before, in faith that God would send her a husband.  During those years of waiting, her patience was tested, but she took joy and placed her faith in God’s Word.  God truly gave them the desires of their hearts as they trusted in Gods timing.

Inspiration: A college boy’s mind snapped while he was streaking nude across the campus.  A church leader was led by the Lord to pray all night for him since the boy had gone into a catatonic state.  This minister bound the evil forces off him in Jesus’ name and the boy’s mind returned back to normal after 8 hours of prayer.  This minister then instructed the boy’s father to get him involved in a really on-fire church that knows about the power of the Holy Spirit so the evil would not come back on him.  People like this or others getting free from addictions have to lean daily on the grace of God and power of the Holy Spirit to help them stay clean.  They need a new group of Christian friends to hang out with, not their destructive old friends.

Inspiration: One church, was sending school buses out to pick up children to take them to church since their parents did not go to church.  This is a great service in teaching the younger generation about the Lord Jesus Christ.  Another ministry encourages Christians to pass out Bible tracts to retirement areas and pray with people to help bring the elderly to Jesus Christ before they die.  This also is a great service in teaching the older generation that it is never too late to accept Jesus Christ into your heart.  Retired people have tremendous resources and time they can use for Jesus Christ and the work of sharing the gospel to all!

Inspiration: Many Christians love the Lord and try to obey this first commandment.  However the second commandment needs improvement so that all Christians will have a spiritual concern for others and not be afraid to share Jesus Christ with them in a loving manner.  Ask for the Baptism of Holy Spirit to give you boldness to shared Jesus Christ and never be afraid of rejection.  If they reject the gospel they are rejecting Jesus Christ not you.
